New Hundred Dollar Bill Design Looks Cheap To Me
New Rule: If you’re going to redesign your highest denomination, then hire a designer! This is an abomination which appears to have been driven by no aesthetic principles. Just a bunch of engineers who tried to cram everything into our nation’s most valued denomination. I am aware that we live in extraordinary times with ne’er-do-wellers have ever-more sophisticated tools to create phonies, but really… I am sure this could have been done with a bit more reverence. For example, have a look at some other countries who indeed have some beautiful currency: Hong Kong:
