Acquired by WellBiz Brands in 2018, Amazing Lash Studio was looking for a national marketing campaign to put the brand on the map. MSLK was tasked to design and art direct the campaign photoshoot to transform their brand in-studio, out-of-home, and online.

Online, we developed a strategy to retarget lapsed customers and to reach new audiences who are similar to Amazing Lash Studio’s existing clientele. Direct mail is used by regional franchises to stay in touch with both existing and potential customers.

ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA
In addition, MSLK took over Amazing Lash Studio’s organic social media strategy, design strategy, and copywriting. By taking a deeper look at their existing audience and observing the top-performing content within the industry, we were able to steer the brand toward increasing engagement, resulting in a 70% follower increase. Working with the incredible team from RED PR, we also branded Amazing Lash Studio at influencer events.
Organic Social Media Results
MSLK hit refresh on Amazing Lash Studio’s entire take-home product line, adopting a dynamic approach to redesign. In addition, the logo got an evolutionary refresh – a tweak of the cap height of ‘l’ and ‘h’ – for increased legibility at small sizes.
To enhance the customer experience of self-selecting, we created a look that is both shoppable and Instagrammable. We sought to leverage Amazing Lash Studio’s existing assets, creating both premium and baseline packaging, and designing a system that allows for expansion into other product categories. This dynamic modern redesign allows the products to be stacked in various ways for a strong shelf presence both in-studio and in retail stores.
When it came time for Amazing Lash Studios to make their products available for purchase online, they came to MSLK to build out the rich and robust storytelling needed. The long-scrolling product page we created is designed to convert sales with new audiences, establish Amazing Lash as the eye authorities, while also telling the story of how lash extensions influence the way you care for your entire face.
