Crude Awakening Fireball

In short, in order to make a "green" statement this collaboration of artists received funding from the Black Rock Arts Organization to build this piece and launch off the largest fireball the playa has ever seen. This is NOT green. Nor were the fireworks they shot off for 30 minutes prior to the fire. When asked about this one artist made some lame statement about how green they are in their normal life so they dipped into up their "green karma" to make this statement. Whatever. This is NOT okay. Or green. Honestly, burning the Man with a big fanfare isn't very green either and is totally unnecessary. The fireball was big, note the tiny moon in the upper left, but overall this piece ruined my night.
