At the top is an indoor mall with 3 floors of restaurants to choose from. What I love about Japan is that every dish is on display outside of the restaurant. From low-end, to even the fanciest restaurants, the food will be pictured either in plastic displays outside, or as photos on the menus. Here are a variety of "sets." It's the same fried pork cutlet, you just get to pick if you want it with rice, or rice and miso, or rice and miso and cabbage, etc.
