I really like our simple hotel, Nishiyama Ryokan. It's full of 30-somethings from Europe and Australia. Kind of like a hostel for grown ups. Together we eat traditional Japanese food, and practice calligraphy and tea ceremonies. There is also an Onsen in the basement where we soak every single night.
