Due to a new moon, it was dark again on the playa this year. As a result you could see the milky way and hundreds of lasers cris-crossing the sky. There are also competing sound waves as well. One of my favorite things to do is sit out on deep playa and just listen to the cachophony of parties all raging in unison. It's unique womp-womp-womp rhythm that you can only experience at Burning Man.
