With all that paper and loosely stuck on layered crud, this sign seemed ultra poignant. MOOP, stands for Matter Out Of Place. Commonly known in the default world as, trash. At Burning Man there is no trash, or trash cans...so you take your MOOP with you. The fine print reads: Stand well back. ©playaterror 2008
